RETURN POLICY

At Zuri House, every item is carefully handcrafted and made-to-order. We want you to love your purchase, but if something goes wrong, here’s how returns work:

Eligibility

  • Most of our products are custom-made and cannot be returned or cancelled unless faulty.
  • Products from our “Ready to Ship” section can be returned.
  • Faulty, defective, or damaged items may be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, clean, in their original packaging, and free from signs of wear and tear.
  • Zuri House reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving an exchange or refund.

How to Return

  1. Email us at shop@zurihouse.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Repack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Send the parcel back within 14 days of receipt. We recommend using a tracked service.
  4. Keep proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

For international returns, please clearly mark the package “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs charges. Any fees incurred will be the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll confirm by email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 3 working days of receipt.
  • Please allow 2–5 working days for funds to appear, depending on your bank.
