Q1. How do I wash my bean bag cover?
A1. Remove the knitted cover, close the zip fully, and machine wash at 30°C with gentle detergent. Tumble dry on a low setting.

Q2. Are Zuri House pouffes machine washable?
A2. No, pouffes have non-removable covers. We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild detergent.

Q3. Do your products meet safety standards?
A3. Yes. Our knitted covers and fillings comply with UK Fire Safety Regulations (BS 5852 and related standards). Details are listed on each product page.

Q4. How long will it take to receive my order?
A4. Smaller items like little baskets are usually ready in 2–3 working days. Larger items such as bean bags, pouffes, cushions or rugs are handmade to order and may take 3–4 weeks. Please check each product page for the most accurate lead time.

Q5. Can I return an item if I change my mind?
A5. Most of our products are custom-made to your chosen size and colour, so we cannot accept returns unless the item is faulty or damaged. To avoid surprises, we offer free yarn samples to help you choose the right shade and texture.
