DELIVERY AND RETURNS

All items are made-to-order and will be dispatched within the timeframe stated on the product page. However, in some cases (due to high demand or for large items) additional processing time might be required. This would be mentioned on the relevant product page. Should you have specific timelines in mind or if your request is more urgent please reach out to us to discuss – we will always endeavour to meet your requirements.
Please note that during peak periods and promotions the delivery time may be slightly longer than usual.
We ship worldwide however the actual shipping cost depends on the destination country and size of the parcel.
Zuri House prices already include VAT. EU customers WILL NOT be charged additional VAT fees upon delivery of their orders.
The shipping cost to most countries will be shown during the checkout when the shipping address is entered. If your country is not on the list please contact us individual cost estimation. Due to the size of our items the shipping options to some countries need to be discussed individually.
We will make every effort to ship the products as soon as the payment is made if the item is in stock (which is reflected on the web site next to each item).
We use Royal Mail and national couriers for the UK and worldwide deliveries.
If you are not sure whether we are offering shipment to your country do not hesitate to contact us.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Orders sent outside the UK may be liable for customs, duties and clearance fees. Clients will be responsible to cover all the extra charges. We strongly advise to check all details on your country's government website prior to purchase.
We do our best to make sure that our products meet your expectations however if you decide to return your purchase you have the right to do so within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us as soon as possible and advise why you would like to return the item. At all times the returned item must be unused, clean, in the original packaging and with no signs of wear and tear. All the shipping costs (the initial shipping and the return shipping) are non-refundable. At this moment we do not offer free returns.
If you wish to return the item because it is faulty, defective or damaged you can return it to us and in such cases we will cover the return delivery cost.
We make every effort to ensure that all items are securely packaged for shipment to minimise the risk of damage during transportation but we cannot accept liability for any incurred during the shipment.
SPECIAL ORDERS AND PRE-ORDERED ITEMS
Due to the handmade nature of our products custom made and pre-ordered items cannot be cancelled or returned, unless they are faulty.
