DELIVERY AND RETURNS
All items are made-to-order and will be dispatched within the timeframe stated on the product page. However, in some cases (due to high demand or for large items) additional processing time might be required. This would be mentioned on the relevant product page. Should you have specific timelines in mind or if your request is more urgent please reach out to us to discuss – we will always endeavour to meet your requirements.
Please note that during peak periods and promotions the delivery time may be slightly longer than usual.

We ship worldwide however the actual shipping cost depends on the destination country and size of the parcel.
CUSTOMER NOTICE – Temporary Suspension of EU & NI Orders
Due to recent regulatory changes, we are temporarily suspending all orders from the European Union (EU) and Northern Ireland (NI).
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
The shipping cost to most countries will be shown during the checkout when the shipping address is entered. If your country is not on the list please contact us individual cost estimation. Due to the size of our items the shipping options to some countries need to be discussed individually.
We will make every effort to ship the products as soon as the payment is made if the item is in stock (which is reflected on the web site next to each item).
We use Royal Mail and national couriers for the UK and worldwide deliveries.
If you are not sure whether we are offering shipment to your country do not hesitate to contact us.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Orders sent outside the UK may be liable for customs, duties and clearance fees. Clients will be responsible to cover all the extra charges. We strongly advise to check all details on your country's government website prior to purchase.
RETURNS
All items in our shop are hand crafted custom-made products based on our customers individual choice. We offer wide selection of colours and sizes to choose from and we do our best to make sure that our products meet your expectations. Due to the custom-made nature of our products your order cannot be cancelled or returned, unless the items you received are faulty.
We offer a refund of all items that are in "Ready to ship" section.
If you wish to return the item because it is faulty, defective or damaged you have the right to do so within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us as soon as possible and advise why you would like to return the item.
Zuri House reserves the right to inspect products carefully before agreeing to any exchange or return. At all times the returned item must be unused, clean, in the original packaging and with no signs of wear and tear.
1. Please email us at: shop@zurihouse.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
2. Wrap up your item in original packaging.
3. Post your parcel and always keep your proof of postage.
Please post your goods back to our studio within 14 days from receiving it. We recommend using a tracked service as Zuri House cannot be held responsible for items that do not arrive.

Once your item is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your item will then be inspected and if approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method. Please allow 2-5 working days for the funds to arrive (time can vary from time to time, if it does not arrive within this period please contact your bank first). Refunds will be made within 3 working days from the receipt of return goods.
