We would like to assure you that every single pouffe in our shop is unique and handmade, using only high quality materials. It i filled with polystyrene beads which are an excellent, durable, comfortable and the most popular filling in the world for this type of products. We fill our pouffes as fully as possible, so in the beginning they may seem very hard and tight. With time, and depending on manner of use, the polystyrene beads will become flatter inside and the whole pouffe will become softer. This is not something to worry about, it is a normal and unavoidable process, mainly impacted by the intensity with which the pouffe is used.
We would like to make sure though that you can enjoy your pouffe for as long as possible. If it happens that it loses its shape or becomes flatter/less firm - our team is here to help. All you would need to do is to send the pouffe back to our studio. We will then be happy to refill it for you, replace an inner bag if needed, and make sure your pouffe is firm and looks great again.
